IBA assists Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to access the skills, knowledge and resources required to start and grow viable and sustainable businesses.
After hearing about your individual circumstances and identifying what stage of the business life cycle you are at, IBA can provide an assessment of the resources and assistance that will help you to achieve your business goals. We may also work with you to develop an action plan that will assist and better equip you to make informed decisions about your business future. Our locally based staff can work closely with you to support and guide you through your business journey in meeting the challenges of developing a successful business.
Individuals must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, at least 18 years of age, and cannot be an undischarged bankrupt or under consideration for bankruptcy.
Business entities or not for profit organisations must have at least 50 per cent Indigenous ownership and cannot be under notice of external administration or investigation.
Business finance products are available for businesses whether they are starting up, growing, or at maturity.
Equipped with a wealth of business knowledge and access to the latest industry benchmarks, we will work with you to provide tailored business support.
