IBA does not usually require applicants for positions at the IBA 4 level and below to write detailed statements against each of the required capabilities. A copy of your resume with a covering letter that explains your interest in the position is usually all that is required, unless specified otherwise in the position statement. Applicants for positions at IBA5 level and above should provide information on their skills and experience against each of the required capabilities.
